At The Calm Voyage, we curate unforgettable group travel experiences designed for relaxation and cultural immersion. Before booking your trip, please review the following travel conditions:

Flights Not Included
Our travel experiences do not include flights. Your trip package covers accommodation, activities, and full transportation at the destination. Where applicable, some meals will be included, as indicated on the trip’s booking page.

Rooming & Pricing
Trip pricing is based on individual rooms for each traveler. However, if you would like to share a room to reduce costs, this option is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is dependent on another traveler also requesting to share. If no match is available, you will be required to stay in an individual room at the standard rate.

By booking with The Calm Voyage, you agree to these travel conditions. We can’t wait to host you on a journey of relaxation, culture, and unforgettable memories! 

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring that we cover non-recoverable costs related to your trip.

• Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your spot and cover initial planning costs.
• 90+ days (3+ months) before departure: You will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• 89 to 34 days (approximately 2.9 to 1.1 months) before departure: You will receive a 50% refund minus the deposit.
• 33 days or less (under 1 month) before departure: No refund will be issued.

Private Trips: One time $100 deposit fee in non refundable

Itinerary Purchase: $35 Itinerary is non refundable

• If you need to cancel at least 60 days before departure, you may transfer your payment (excluding the deposit) to a future trip within 12 months.
• If you find someone to take your spot, we will allow a name transfer for a small administrative fee (subject to approval).

• If we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, natural disasters, low enrollment), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another trip.
• The Calm Voyage is not responsible for airline cancellations or any travel-related expenses outside of our package.

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any trip. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined on the trip booking page.
• Full payment is due by the specified deadline. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without a refund.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined for each trip. In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the time of cancellation and non-recoverable costs.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all vaccination and health requirements for the destination. The Calm Voyage does not provide medical advice; please consult your healthcare provider for necessary vaccinations and travel health precautions.
• Any medical expenses incurred during the trip (including doctor visits, hospital stays, or medications) are the responsibility of the traveler. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage.
