Rooms are limited and reservations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received.

Our payment plans are designed to help you comfortably afford your travels. If the listed dates do not work for you, please reach out and we will gladly work with you to create a customized payment plan that best fits your needs.

• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at checkout.
• Bookings made within 14 days may incur a $150 rush planning fee due to last-minute transportation, activity, and accommodation arrangements.
• All payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to another traveler with written approval.

Guests who book after any listed payment date will be required to pay all prior installments at the time of booking to align with the current payment schedule. Final payment deadlines remain the same for all travelers regardless of booking date.

A 3-day grace period will be allowed for missed payments.

If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of payments made.
